Three founding seats and a catalyst check. Live platform, founder-built, founder-owned, pre-revenue, post-product.
The platform has been live end-to-end since April 29, 2026 — eight trades, Stripe escrow, exclusive first-claim dispatch, and the Fair Rate Index. A homeowner books, funds land in escrow, the job broadcasts, first claim wins it, payment releases on confirmation. That part is real and it works.
What it doesn't have yet is a growth engine, a finance function, or a second engineer. I built the machine. I'm not going to run all four seats of it alone, and pretending otherwise is how solo founders stall.
These are not jobs. They're domain ownership — real membership interest in YSKAIPE LLC, full authority over a function, and a share in any exit.
Demand. Homeowner acquisition, pro recruiting, brand, and the Lake Norman → Charlotte launch.
Money and machinery. Finance, legal, the LLC restructure, grants, contractor ops, and the investor process.
The codebase, so the founder can run the company. Reliability, velocity, and scale-readiness.
All interests are membership units or profits interests in YSKAIPE LLC, papered by counsel at formation. Equity percentages are discussed on the call. That's deliberate — a published number invites negotiation before anyone is qualified. The Offer Sheet carries the numbers and goes out after the first conversation.
The plan and the exit math are published in full at yskaipe.com/yskaipe-endgame.html — Lake Norman, then Charlotte, then the Carolinas, then 10–15 U.S. metros. Underwritten at a conservative 3–5× revenue multiple across three tiers.
Domain Owners may invest on these same terms. Sweat is priced as sweat, money as money — never blended.
Four members — the founder and the three Domain Owners above.
A reserved pool, held back so the next people in aren't paid out of someone else's grant.
Shares for the early capital that funds Phase 1.
The founder retains majority after all grants, investment, and the operator pool. Everyone who builds it shares in it. Exact allocations are in the Offer Sheet.
Tell me which seat — or that you're looking at the catalyst round — and a line on why. First conversation, then numbers.
