We picked eight companies out of a market full of them. The slot stays free for as long as you're still the company we picked. That's five things, and there is no sixth — nothing below is buried in a contract you have to hunt for.
Answer dispatched leads within 24 hours and complete at least one YSKAIPE job a quarter. Your trade is closed to everyone else — a seat nobody works leaves homeowners with no one to call.
Active trade license and general liability insurance on file at all times. If a policy lapses or a license expires, claiming pauses until it's current again.
Keep your rating at or above the floor for your trade and close out disputes. The Fair Rate Index only means something if the pros behind it stand behind their work.
Homeowners we send you get quoted, scheduled, and paid through YSKAIPE. Anything you win on your own is yours and always will be — this is only about the work we hand you.
One company per trade, and the seat is not transferable. It's tied to the company we vetted, so it doesn't come along with a sale, a merger, or a change of ownership without our written consent. If you sell, tell us — we'd rather talk it through than find out later.
We tell you in writing what's off and you have 30 days to put it right. Nobody loses a seat over a slow month, a policy that took a week to renew, or one bad review you handled.
If it isn't corrected in those 30 days, the seat converts to standard pro terms and reopens to your trade. No clawbacks, no penalties, no exit fee — you simply move onto the same deal as every pro who joins after the eight. And you can come back: a reopened seat can be re-earned.
You've bought leads before. You know how it goes: four contractors get the same name, three of you waste the call, and everyone races to the bottom on price to win a job that was never worth the fee.
We built the opposite, and exclusivity is not a feature we added — it's the only way the math works. One pro per trade means every lead in your trade is yours.
