Why offices license it.

When the buyer’s repair request lands, the inspection clock is running. Estimates from companies that sell the repair work get discounted by the other side, and deals stall over whose number is right. A neutral range both agents can check settles it faster.

One license means every agent uses the same neutral source, so your office’s numbers carry the same weight on every deal. See a sample report.

The office class: neutral numbers in repair negotiations
  • 45 minutes, in person in our launch cities or online
  • How buyers’ agents read repair requests
  • Pricing items the other side won’t dispute
  • When an item needs an on-site quote instead
  • Every attendee gets a free report

Questions

How is a license different from Agent Solo or Agent Plus?

Agent Solo and Agent Plus are bought by an agent or a team. The Brokerage License is bought by the office and covers every agent in it.

Can the other side check the numbers?

Yes. Every report includes a check link, and every range follows the published method.

Is a report a quote?

No. It’s a benchmark for what the work typically costs in that market. Final prices depend on what a pro finds on site.

Do you share our deals with anyone?

No. We never sell leads or personal data. See the privacy policy.
